Cafe Experience Specialist

Description

As a Cafe Experience Specialist at The Cosy Cafe, you’ll be the face of our cafe, ensuring that every customer feels welcomed, cared for, and has a memorable experience. You will assist customers with their orders, recommend new drinks or menu items, and maintain a warm, friendly atmosphere. You’ll also support our team by helping with basic barista tasks, keeping the cafe clean and organized, and making sure everything runs smoothly during service hours. The role involves a balance of customer service, light food prep, and making sure that every guest feels like part of our cafe family

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary; we will provide full training.
  • Friendly, approachable, and proactive in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Baker

Description

As a Baker at The Cosy Cafe, you will be the heart and soul of our bakery section, creating fresh, delicious baked goods that delight our customers every day. From soft, buttery croissants to rich, indulgent cakes, your baked treats will be a key part of the cozy experience we offer. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that everything is baked to perfection, and you’ll help with prepping, baking, and presenting all our baked goods in an inviting way.

Requirements

  • Previous baking experience preferred but not required—passion and eagerness to learn are just as important.
  • Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends.
  • A strong attention to detail and a love for creating beautiful, delicious treats.
  • Must be a team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude.
